In addition to our Sports Performance Training and GameSpeed Programming, BASC also offers Personal Training in both 1 on 1 and small group semi-private training environments as well both 30 minute and 60 minute options. Whether your goals are weight loss, recovering from an injury, sports performance, injury prevention, to improve overall health and fitness, trying to get out of a rut, or just the need for greater accountability our personal trainers with years of experience and professional certifications are here to personalize and develop a program specific to your needs and goals.
Similar to our Sports Performance Training, we'll guide you through the appropriate progressions and regressions of each movement pattern and get you on the right path toward your goals.

BASC offers both 30 minute and 60 minute Personal Training sessions . All Personal Training sessions are on a "By Appointment Only" basis so please call or email to schedule. As with all of our programming, all clients and athletes are invoiced at the end of each month for sessions done for that month.
