BASC offers Personal Training in both 1 on 1 and small group semi-private training environments as well both 30 minute and 60 minute options. Whether your goals are weight loss, recovering from an injury, sports performance, injury prevention, to improve overall health and fitness, trying to get out of a rut, or just the need for greater accountability our personal trainers with years of experience and professional certifications are here to personalize and develop a program specific to your needs and goals.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
We want to get to know you, not just your goals so we can design a program that is unique to you and sets you up for success.

This allows us to collect baseline metrics that will help us track your progress and make sure you are getting results.

All Personal Training sessions are on a "By Appointment Only" basis so please call or email to schedule. As with all of our programming, all clients and athletes are invoiced at the end of each month for sessions done for that month.

BASC TRAINING FUNDAMENTALS
Speed Development
Our programs are designed to educate, building on solid mechanics and principles of speed. Developing your speed also helps with an athlete's coordination and strength.
Agility Training
In the heat of competition, the ability to change direction and adjust the speed of movement is critical for success. We train athletes to explosively brake, change direction, and accelerate again - making cuts and changes faster than opponents can respond.
Progress Tracking
Our training is tracked and measured with data collected throughout the program. We highlight strengths and target weaknesses. Regular assessments are used to track progress, demonstrate growth, and make adjustments whenever needed.
Injury Prevention
All of our training sessions emphasize appropriate dynamic warmups, mobility, proper body mechanics, and strength development. Injury prevention is behind everything we do.
Sport-Specific Application
We train with a purpose. We work with teams and individuals to translate their training directly into the competitive arena for their sport. We teach how to apply an athlete's speed, agility, and strength directly to their sport.
First Step Quickness
Develop the explosiveness that gives you an edge over your competition. Explosive acceleration requires strength and technique, and we help athletes enhance both of those dimensions. When they are combined, it is like having a head start over your competition.
