All too often, lacrosse training (sadly like almost every other form of sport training) descends into the same old drills that mimic or have very little to do with what actually happens on the field, performed at speeds and intensities that fall woefully short of the speeds and demands of the game. GameSpeed is the exact opposite of the old traditional, boring drills. GameSpeed drills are drills that take the speed, positions, creativity, change of direction and intensity demands and puts them all together in a 60 minute session performed at... GameSpeed!

Dodging
We break dodging down to the core principles and the intricacies of proper foot and body position and the most effective way to change direction and explode past your defender to the cage.
To do so we don't need or use elaborate cone courses, hoops, hexagon agility accessories, or any expensive inanimate blow up toys. In fact most of the programs we see using these unnecessary toys are all teaching the same 'hop on one foot', 'jump into the other foot', tall, upright body position that is predictable, ineffective, and frankly increases your risk of serious injury.
Real dodging, effective dodging, safe dodging - utilizes two feet (one to slow you down, the other to stop), puts you in a low body position, with a wide base, and allows you to explode in any direction. From this position we teach dozens of dodges from all over the field with both hands at GameSpeed!
