Group Athlete Performance Training
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING FOR ALL AGES & ALL SPORTS
The Group Athlete Training program was created for athletes looking to improve their overall athleticism. BASC provides a level of programming that is not available anywhere else, one that maximizes every athlete's individual potential. We will remain at the cutting edge of health, fitness, and athletic performance industries.
All group programming includes foam rolling, stretching & mobility progressions, mini band activation series, dynamic warm-up, linear & lateral speed-agility-quickness progressions, plyometrics & medicine ball power movements, Olympic lifts, functional strength training, and conditioning. Though a group setting, all athletes are always performing the movement progression/variation most appropriate for their training experience, age, sport, as well as well as any necessary injury/rehab consideration.

Our Sports Performance Training centers around injury reduction and improved athletic performance through movement training and functional strength training. In our athlete programming, our approach addresses all facets of athlete development from physical to mental.
STRENGTH
- We use exclusively single leg strength training to develop lower body strength not accomplished by any other form of training.
- Functional core training - by resisting extension, rotation, and side flexion we bullet-proof the core and spine.
- Progressions and regressions - programming the correct version of every movement is key to getting all athletes as strong as possible while keeping them as healthy as possible.
Our progressions and regressions each movement we utilize allow us to address individual differences among athletes giving them the greatest opportunity for optimal athletic performance. It's an unmatched approach in an unmatched facility, with an unmatched staff.
